I’ve been playing betrayal.io for a while now, the servers have been, like, surprisingly steady. I used to always expect random lag with browser games, but this one usually loads matches fast and I almost never get kicked. Even when I’m playing with a few friends, it runs smooth overall. It’s not perfect every single second, but yeah, it’s definitely better than most games like this...

I was surprised by how well the game runs. It loads up quick for me, and I dont really notice much lag, even when the lobby is full. Matches feel smooth, and joining friends has been easy. I did get one little freeze, but it fixed itself right away. Overall, its been fun.

I do like playing betrayal.io, but the moderation is kind of hit or miss. Sometimes rude players or obvious teamers get dealt with fast, and other times they just keep hanging around way longer than they should. Reporting someone is simple enough, but I can’t tell if it always does anything. I’ve seen the usual polished “we care about the community” type stuff from games before, so I don’t really put much faith in that unless the results are actually consistent. It’s not terrible, it just feels like it needs to be more reliable.

I was surprised how quickly I got into it, the controls are really simple, it runs nice and smooth on my laptop, I figured out the menus in maybe two minutes, and so far I haven’t had any weird lag or annoying issues, so it’s just been fun to play.

Had a good time playing with friends, the gameplay is actually really fun :) It does get a little laggy sometimes, but overall it’s still enjoyable!

Betrayal.io is fun when it’s working, especially if you’re playing with friends. The rounds are quick, the roles are interesting enough, and it can be a good time when everything runs smoothly.

That said, the lag and random freezing get annoying fast, and I’ve had tasks not register even after I clearly did them. I’ve also been disconnected a few times, which is frustrating, but the repeated verification stuff is probably what bugs me the most. It feels like every time I’m just trying to play, I have to prove I’m a real person again. Fun game overall, but it really needs some fixes.

It loads fine on both my phone and laptop, so that’s a win. The controls are a bit tiny though, because apparently my fingers were expected to be precision tools.

The character customization is what makes me enjoy this game even more. I love switching up outfits and colors before each round because it makes my little character feel like mine, and that just makes me more attached to playing. It’s simple, but it adds a lot of fun for me emotionally. There are enough choices to play around with, and it keeps things feeling fresh.

The matchmaking has been fair overall. I know, shocking stuff, a system that doesn’t make me question all my life choices every single match.

Well... the game itself is fun, honestly. The main issue is the people you run into in lobbies. There are way too many rude players, teamers, or people just spamming chat nonstop. It can get annoying fast, so I’d say it’s much better if you’re playing with friends.

I’ve only run into a few players who seemed a little suspicious, and even then, it usually didn’t ruin the whole match. Either they were gone quickly or the game still felt fair enough to keep playing. Reporting is easy too, which I appreciate.

It’s not perfect, and every now and then someone seems like they know a bit too much, but for the most part the game does a good job keeping things under control. I’m happy with it overall, so 4 stars from me

I’ve been playing betrayal.io with friends, and it’s been a lot of fun. The different maps keep it from getting boring, and the tasks switch up enough that it doesn’t feel like I’m doing the exact same thing every round. Some maps took a little time to figure out, but that’s part of the fun too. As long as people play fair and don’t go out of their way to ruin it for everyone, it’s a great time. Easy 5 stars from me...

I had a good feeling this would be best with the right group, and yeah, that was definitely true. It gets a lot more fun once everyone starts lying, guessing, and trying to read each other. Super casual, but really entertaining with friends.

The new content is fun at first, but some of the updates feel a bit buggy. After a few rounds, the game still gets really boring for me.

As someone who usually gravitates toward art with a little more personality, this was just okay for me. It looks decent and there’s nothing really wrong with it, but it feels plain overall.
